Founder & Managing Partner
Yoav's multidisciplinary experience spans three decades, in which he has developed a unique characterization process applied at the studio to secure product success stories. His collaborative spirit, openness to innovate, and strategic market approach have transported clients to the forefront of their fields. His leadership has been transformative for both established companies and visionary entrepreneurs. Yoav has served as a lecturer in international conferences, guest speaker in design academies, and judge on design award panels. He is a graduate of the Industrial Design department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
Ran’s design savvy spans over two decades, and his leadership at the studio defines how the Tiko team can extend the boundaries of creativity. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he facilitates long term growth for clients by leveraging the studio’s services to innovate in new categories, boost product perception, and propel brands forward to win awards for their products and win the hearts of their consumers. He joined Tiko as Senior Designer and advanced to become Named Partner that heads the studio’s partnerships. Ran holds a B.Des degree in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
Design Project Manager
Edna operates at the intersection of design products and manufacturing fundamentals, involved in early ideation through development and production while providing direction and mentoring to the team. She guides project activities to safeguard core design values, ensuring manufacturing standards and quality of design features are upheld. Edna joined Tiko in 2012, and holds a BA in Social Studies and Management from The Open University of Israel, and is a graduate of the Industrial Design program at Hadassah Academic College, Jerusalem.
Eran sees design as a balancing act, humility vs. belief that design is a game changer; The practice of delivering vs. gentle probing and questioning the idea in the process; Anchoring the product in established values vs. breaking paradigms; Listen to the initial intuition, without being fixed there. For over twenty years, he has been working closely with Tiko, to re-join the team in 2012 after managing his independent design studio. Eran holds a B.Des degree in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
Michael brings his creativity and problem-solving skills to evaluate and reason high-level design concepts, involved in many junctures along the product design process. He has been with Tiko since 2011, after graduating from the Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art, Ramat Gan.
Eyal’s dynamic approach and hands-on insight into a tangible interaction, enable him to capture the product’s vision through styling. He creates combinations that cross between disciplines, impacting the way users flow through a product’s functionality. He holds a B.Des degree in Industrial design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art, Ramat Gan.
Dmitry joined Tiko in 2016, bringing his artistic skill and technical tactics to build products that excel in styling and user experience. He holds a B.Des degree in Industrial design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art, Ramat Gan.
Benjamin works his magic to conceptualize developments of new products, and visualize visionary ideas by defining and expanding each product’s aesthetic and ergonomic design assets. His work at Tiko began in 2015, and he holds an MA in Industrial Design and Sociology from Creapole-ESDI, Paris.
Noy believes that great designs begin with deep and meaningful observations followed by comprehensive research and experimentation. She knows that there are no direct paths to a complete design, only paths that weave between the user, the form and the function. She holds a B.Des degree in Industrial design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art, Ramat Gan.
Asaf believes that the secret behind any exceptional design is the greatest attention to details. Asaf has an uncompromising, functional driven approach to design and an ever-curious attitude.
He holds a B.Des degree in industrial design from HIT, Holon.
Stav joined Tiko in 2019 after a summer internship during his studies. He has a sense for detail and brings a practical approach with an emphasis on function and user experience.

R&D Soft Materials
Eyal is the founder and Head of Wearable and Technology at Nomadity, Tiko Studio’s soft materials arm. For over two decades Eyal has specialized in soft goods, to bridge creatively between product design, textile engineering, and textile product design. Eyal holds a B.Des degree in Industrial Design from HIT, Holon, and has pursued an MA in Design and Management from The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
Textile Product Designer
Amit specializes in the meeting point between textile and technology. As part of the Nomadity team, she devises new ways to interface product design with soft materials. From laminations, thermoforming, welding, and combining 3D printing with textile, she develops solutions that harness complex textile materials to solve product design challenges. Her experience includes textile product design with IDF elite units. She holds a B.Des degree in Industrial Design from HIT, Holon.
Soft Materials Designer
Daniel applies textile technologies to product design, extracting the best functionality that deliver the client’s vision using smart textile solutions. From her position in Nomadity, she inspires the Tiko team with textile innovation, and augments feature-rich design from ideation to production. Daniel holds a B.Des degree in Industrial Design from HIT, Holon.
